Certified, verified, current

Every Myrelle doctor holds a recognised medical qualification with certification in the procedures they perform. Credentials are verified by us before a doctor joins, and re-verified periodically.

The consult comes first

No Myrelle doctor performs a procedure without a video consultation first. Suitability is a medical decision, and it is made before your booking is confirmed — never at your door.

Clinic-grade, single-use

Doctors carry sealed, single-use consumables and clinic-grade materials to every visit. Clinical waste leaves with the doctor, handled under a documented disposal protocol.

Consent, documented

You sign a clear consent form before any procedure, after the doctor has explained what will happen, what to expect, and what the alternatives are.

The right to say no

Our doctors decline cases that are not suitable — and when they do, your booking amount is refunded in full. A doctor who never says no is not a doctor you want at home.
