Refund policy

The ₹500 booking amount reserves a doctor's consultation window and is fully adjusted against your session price. Here is exactly what happens to it in every scenario.

If the doctor declines your case

If, at the video consultation, the doctor decides a protocol is not suitable for you, your ₹500 is refunded in full to your original payment method. Refunds are initiated within 2 business days; your bank may take 5–7 business days to credit it.

If you need to reschedule

You may reschedule your consultation or home visit once at no cost. Contact us on WhatsApp before your scheduled window.

If you miss your slot

If you do not attend your consultation or visit without rescheduling in advance, the ₹500 booking amount is forfeited. Doctors hold these windows exclusively for you.

After a completed session

Fees for services performed are not refundable. Any concern about a completed session is reviewed directly by the treating doctor and our care team — reach us on WhatsApp and we will respond within one business day.

Balance payments

The balance (your session price minus ₹500) is payable through the secure Razorpay link sent after your session is completed. No cash is handled and no additional charges are ever added at the door.
