Book your video consultation
Explore the treatment options or ask the team for help. Check your pincode and choose an available video-consultation window. Reserve with a ₹500 deposit, credited to your treatment total. Follow the payment instructions shown to confirm your booking.

Make a plan with your doctor
Discuss your skin or hair concern, medical history, treatment options and recovery. Your doctor assesses suitability and explains the plan before you agree. If the doctor finds treatment unsuitable, your deposit is refunded in full.

Your doctor comes to you
Your doctor brings the materials for the agreed treatment and confirms consent before starting. The exact duration is explained in advance. After your first visit, pay the full selected single-session or pack total minus the ₹500 deposit.

Keep your care going
Receive written aftercare and follow-up guidance on WhatsApp and email. Ask questions through the care team, and arrange your next session if it is part of your agreed plan. Optional care products are priced separately.

A doctor confirms suitability on a video call before anything is booked in stone. Not suitable means a full refund.
Transparent pricing
The price on the page is the price at your door. The ₹500 booking amount is adjusted against it.
