Book with ₹500
Pick a one-hour video-consult window within the next 24 hours, enter your name, phone, and pincode. Pay ₹500 through Razorpay to reserve it. This amount is adjusted against your session price — it is a booking amount, not a fee.

Meet your doctor on video
The moment your booking is confirmed, you see your doctor's name and qualifications, and a WhatsApp button connects you directly. On the video call, the doctor reviews your skin, confirms the protocol suits you, answers everything, and fixes your home-visit slot — usually same or next day. If the doctor decides the protocol is not right for you, your ₹500 is refunded in full.

The doctor visits your home
Your doctor arrives with clinic-grade materials and performs your session in 60 to 90 minutes. You get written aftercare on WhatsApp, and a secure Razorpay link for the balance — your price minus the ₹500 already paid. For packs, your next session is scheduled before the doctor leaves.

Care that continues
Post-care guidance, check-ins, and session reminders arrive on WhatsApp and email, timed to your protocol. You are never left wondering what happens next.
